Introduction and History The firm, which began over 50 years ago in downtown Antioch, California, is in it's third generation of practitioners. James T. Clay, CPA and Vasili Millias, CPA are the principals of this practice. James T. Clay, CPA joined the firm in 1982 and became a partner in 1983. Jim has also been an instructor in the Business Division of Los Medanos College specializing in Tax Accounting for several years. Vasili Millias, CPA joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1991.
